Lyric Arts seeks Caucasian Male Actor for A RAISIN IN THE SUN
Lyric Arts has an immediate need for a Caucasian male, aged 35-55, to play Karl Lindner in our upcoming production of A RAISIN IN THE SUN, directed by Austene Van.
I am currently seeking an actor to play a pivotal role in my upcomming feature film, The Father.
The film is a drama about a father dealing with the loss of his child.
This character is an immigrant from West Africa, Benin. He is a black male who speaks in a thick accent. He is 70-80 years old.
If you are from West Africa, or if you can pull of a convincing West African accent, I'd love to hear from you.
Shoot date: Wednesday May 8th. (up to 6 hours). Location is not set yet, but will be Minneapolis based.

Seeking actors for Actors Theatre of Louisville's Professional Training Company. Acting Apprentices perform in their own five-show season, focusing entirely on new works, and culminating in a commissioned work that is a fully-produced as a part of the Humana Festival of New American Plays. Small roles and understudy positions in the theater's mainstage season are possible, but not guaranteed. Practical audition and business-based training curriculum is provided throughout the year. Industry showcase for casting directors and agents is included at the end of the season.
Wonderlust Productions and Park Square Theatre present Six Characters in Search of an Author (meets reality TV), and we need a young (under 30) male actor to play a "tech". You'll have a few lines and operate a live camera. You'll also be working with a great cast on an innovative production of a classic play. The stipend is $300.
