Technicians and Interns needed for the Medora Musical!

StageWest Entertainment is looking for experienced Designers, Technicians, and interns for the 2017 Medora Musical in Medora, ND.

The Medora Musical is a summer-long outdoor western variety show celebrating Theodore Roosevelt’s time in the North Dakota Badlands as well as the other colorful characters who inhabited the historical cattle town of Medora in the 1880s. Located at the gates of the beautiful Theodore Roosevelt National Park, the production is performed in the stunning state-of-the-art 2800 seat outdoor Burning Hills Amphitheatre, built on the side of a butte overlooking the Badlands.  The production is listed as one of the top 100 yearly events in the Northern Hemisphere by the American Bus Association and has also been placed in the Library of Congress as a national entertainment treasure.

The Medora Musical is a fun, challenging, and fast-paced environment for any technician.  Many of the positions are for the pre-season with the Production Stage Manager, Master Electrician, Sound Engineer, and Wardrobe supervisor/ASM staying all summer long.

Salary is based on experience.  Each technician will be given a single room with private bathroom, 3 meals a day, and a travel stipend.

Most should expect to arrive in Medora around the 13th of May and leave around June 4th.  Other positions will start in Minneapolis, MN.
